Congratulations! You’ve taken the first step toward speaking your mind, living more authentically in the world and forging new connections and friendships. We’re excited to meet you and get to know you.

What does being a member mean? It just means we’ve reviewed your application and think you’d be a good fit for what we do. It also means you’ll be the first to know when we offer a new course, hangout, retreat or anything else.

At The Unspeakeasy, we take privacy seriously. This application process helps us ensure that everyone is acting in good faith, and helps us both to know you’ve come to the right place.

All of the information you provide us will be kept confidential, but we will use it to make sure you are who you say you are. 

    • Fill out the application to the best of your ability.

    • Agree to our terms and conditions.

    • Agree to abide by our statement of values. (If you read nothing else, please read this one!)

    • We might ask to set up a Zoom meeting with you to further verify your identity.

    • After verification, we will send you an email letting you know you have been accepted as well as the webpages where you can purchase any current offerings.

  • Anyone who wants to join an Unspeakeasy activity! This includes:

    • Anyone interested in writing courses

    • In-person retreats (women only or otherwise)

    • Men who want to join a coed retreat.

  • Yes! While we only have a few coed offerings (with more to come), this helps us know who you are.
